Currently Hulu is only accessible in Australia via bypass of international signal blocking
techniques or geoblockers. There are web sites Australians can go on to use as portals to
access Hulu. Australian firms such as quikflix other competitors like Netflix, who operate much
like Hulu are protected by the Australian government but some Australians bypass
geoblockers from sites with instructions (see source http://help.vanishedvpn.com ) and utilize
sites like these to access HULU
Aboriginal people arrived by boat around 50,000 years ago. Originally Australia had over 500
different groups within it, that spoke nearly 700 different languages. The culture of the group
varied, but all were hunter gatherer groups. Many groups traveled quite a distance for native
fruits and fresh water, yet many lived in harmony with the other clans for a long period of
time. Early accounts of history even discuss that many groups would meet up and guide other
clans for activities like spirit walks or the like.
Originally known to Europeans as New Holland during the 17th century, Australia was finally
settled and claimed by Britain in 1770. Britain mainly used this land as a way to rid the home
country of convicts. By 1868, when Britain discontinued using the land as a penal land, more
than 160,000 convicts were transported to Australia. People that were not sentenced to live
in the harsh climate of Australia, but did so by choice, started arriving in 1790. Although these
mass migrations came at a cost to the Aboriginal people. Much of them were forced off their
land, many were introduced and died from disease and illness, and lastly many lost their
traditions land lifestyles from the large influx of settlers.

The number of households in Australia is projected to increase from 8.4 million in 2011 to
between 12.6 and 12.7 million in 2036 (Series III and Series I respectively). This is an increase
of between 4.2 and 4.3 million households, or 49% to 51%. Over the same period, Australia’s
population is projected to increase by 45%, from 22.3 million people to 32.4 million people.
The average household size in Australia was 2.6 people per household in 2011, and is
projected to be between 2.5 and 2.6 people per household in 2036

remaining as the most common household type in Australia. The number of family
households is projected to increase by between 2.7 and 2.8 million households, from 6.0
million in 2011 to between 8.7 and 8.8 million in 2031. Family households can contain more
than one family. In 2011, 2.3% of all family households in Australia were multiple family
households. Assuming this proportion remains constant between 2011 and 2036, the number
of multiple family households would increase by between 65,800 and 68,300 households,
from 144,200 in 2011 to between 210,000 (Series III) and 212,500 (Series I) households in

million households), from 2.1 million households in 2011 to between 3.3 million and 3.4

population and the fact that older women in particular are more inclined to be living alone
than other people.
The number of group households in Australia is projected to increase from 367,900 in 2011
to between 504,000 and 527,200 in 2036. This is an increase of between 136,100 and 159,200
households, or 37% to 43%, over the projection period. As a proportion, group households
made up 4.4% of all households in Australia in 2011 and are projected to decrease to between
4.0% and 4.2% by 2036
