Calculate pricing for services and show how you derived your numbers.
Identify perspectives you would use to analyze the organization and defend your choices.

Describe resistance you expect to encounter and your approach to overcome it.
Describe data collection methods you would employ to learn more about the organization and develop
recommendations; defend your data collection choices.
Using the data available in the case, develop recommendations for the client based on your discovery, analysis,
and perspective(s).
Include an outline of your planned presentation, including agenda, objectives for each activity, processing
questions, and list preferred attendees along with how each would contribute to the discussion.
Develop a facilitation design guide with action planning, concept focus, and summary information gained.
