Introduction
Employing the most effective e-marketing strategies would greatly assist Kiddie’s
Daycare business meet its objectives in e-marketing and improve the commitment of the
organization in making the lives of children more comfortable while still nurturing the talents of
the kids. As e-marketing is becoming imperative in the growth of any business, not
understanding the best way of driving Kiddie’s Daycare forward can really undermine its
chances of success. E-marketing would provide Kiddie’s Daycare with opportunities for
improving their bottom line and consequently meet the goals of the organization (Hanson and
Kalyanam, 2007). This paper will discuss the objectives and e-marketing strategies of Kiddie’s
Daycare which will include the product, pricing, distribution, as well as the marketing
communication strategies of the organization.
The objectives of Kiddie’s Daycare E-marketing strategy
The main objective of Kiddie’s Daycare e-marketing strategy is increasing the opportunities for
the business to make more revenue by improving the chances of the potential customers finding
the organization online. This is because e-marketing will position the organization which cares
about its clients. Another objective of the organization’s e-marketing strategies is building
Kiddie’s Daycare as a brand by establishing the name of the organization in the minds of the
parents (Hanson and Kalyanam, 2007). This will make the organization to be a well-established
brand which increases the trust which the potential customers have for the organization. Another
key objective of the e-marketing strategies is improving the various elements of the
organization’s website in order to attract the customers who are searching for the services
provided by Kiddie’s Daycare. Furthermore, Kiddie’s e-marketing strategies also aim at
increasing the qualified traffic in terms of witnessing rising numbers of the visitors to the

organization’s site who has the potential of requiring daycare services provided by Kiddie’s
Daycare (Strauss, 2016). Managing the online reputation of the organization is another objective
of the Kiddie’s Daycare e-marketing since it is imperative to maintain an online reputation which
is solid in this age where anyone with access to the internet can post opinions about an
organization or the services provided.
Kiddie’s Daycare E-marketing strategies
Finding the best combination of childcare e-marketing strategies would assist the
organization to stand out from its competitors such as Beautiful Kids Day Care. Among the emarketing strategies that Kiddie’s Daycare will use include utilizing search engine marketing and
optimization since this will allow the name and the website of the organization to appear on the
list of the results in search engines (Hanson and Kalyanam, 2007). Kiddie’s Daycare will also
have the name and information about the organization listed in various web locations which will
promote the growth of the organization while still improving the trust of the customers and
potential clients.
Writing online press release will also be imperative in getting the information about
Kiddie’s Daycare out there. Furthermore, social media marketing will also be an important emarketing strategy since mothers who are a major target of the business are very receptive to
online adverts and this will help the organization stand to gain greater visibility of its brand.
Email marketing will also be an important strategy since it provides a significant potential for
return on investment due to the low costs of executing after collecting subscribers from the
potential and existing customer base (Strauss, 2016). Starting a blog in addition to a website for
the Kiddie’s Daycare business will also be essential in allowing the organization to engage
actively with the audience who can leave comments which require a reply.

Pricing, distribution, and marketing communication strategies
The pricing strategies of Kiddie’s Daycare e-marketing must support the cost structure of
the organization and ensure that quality services balance with the revenue charged. The
organization will be price competitive but will not subscribe to the concept of low price leader
because it wants quality services which guarantee a return on the invested resources. Search
engines and social media such as Facebook will utilize a pricing structure which is based on an
hourly rate while email marketing will bear the organization very little cost after gaining
subscribers (Hanson and Kalyanam, 2007). This pricing strategy will increase the profit margin
per kid by a percent per quarter.
The distribution strategies of Kiddie’s Daycare will be tailored to meet the customer’s
needs and the chances of building customer loyalty. This will be achieved by having a customer
profile that is consistent with the dominant target markets and the information will also be
adequate details for supporting a customer database which will capture the key features of
customers and prospects. In addition to utilizing a detailed customer database, the distribution
will also utilize direct mail since this is an easy way of reaching the clients and the prospects
with the use of various tools of building mailing list. Marketing communication strategies in
Kiddie’s Daycare e-marketing will utilize a child care app whereby the organization will
integrate technology into its facility and hence achieving an effective childcare e-marketing
strategy. The app will serve the purpose of communication, reporting, and updating the
customers about the organization and hence giving it a distinct advantage. This is because
parents will have the opportunity of knowing what is happening when their kids are away and
hence choosing to enroll in the organization.

The objectives and e-marketing strategies of Kiddie’s Daycare have a great potential of
giving the organization a distinct advantage over its competitors. The organization should thus
come up with the best approaches to implementing and monitoring the progress of these
strategies so that it can ensure that they align with the expected objectives of Kiddie’s Daycare.
It is also imperative for the organization to maximize the opportunities created by these strategies
and identify the challenges which can hinder the organization to attain the anticipated success
(Strauss, 2016). Finally, the pricing, distribution, and marketing communication strategies in
Kiddie’s Daycare E-marketing also makes the organization to be better positioned in enjoying
the benefits of having the effective combination of childcare e-marketing strategies.

Kiddie’s world is an organization that would concentrate on the well-being of a child not
only in acting as a daycare facility but also one that would concentrate on nurturing the kids’
talents. This organization would take in kids from 2 to 12 years. Its capacity of accommodating
the older kids especially during weekends and school holidays would be a great venture. The
services offered would allow them to learn from each other in and express themselves freely in
an environment full of fun activities. With the guidance of the facilitators, they would get the
chance of indulging in activities that would tap their abilities and strengths. This would be a
channel of helping them recognize their talents. The parents would also be advised on how to
support their kid’s talent using appropriate modes.
The main focus of advertising this organization would be marketing it through the
internet platform. The internet has become the major mode of giving information because it has a
wide audience (Hanson, & Kalyanam, 2007). The first thing would be researching keywords that
would identify with our services with the use of Google keywords tools which is a resourceful in
coming up with search engine keywords. This would assist the visitors to easily get information
about Kiddie’s World. My team would take charge in creating continuous fresh content with
great offers to attract the attention of the visitors who might convert to customers. Direct
engagement with such customers creates room for inquiries and they are able to understand more
about the services. Maintaining contact with the nurtures the customers since they are the firsts to
get information on new organized events for the kids which they can also take part. The use of
images would be essential too since it would illustrate work in progress of the kids on previous
events. These images would be shared in several web pages to attract followers in the social
networks. They would be inclusive of inbound links to enhance the credibility of the Kiddie’s

World web page. It would also create an opportunity of getting partnerships with companies
offering toys or creative stationery.
Beautiful Kids Day Care has been the closest competitor. However, from research, they
neither follow up on the progress of the kids nor connect the parents with experts in certain
fields. For instance, they could link up the kids with experts in various fields accordingly such as
music, sports, arts, or theatre and film industry so that they can assist in nurturing the kid’s
abilities. Otherwise, kids lose interest very fast if they are not supported appropriately. Also, the
ratio of the staff to that of the kids is low. You find that one facilitator; takes care of 20 kids
which inappropriate because proper attention is not achieved per child. Also, another finding is
that they lack enough space where the children can play freely. Yet a kid’s facility should be
spacious to accommodate all the activities that are essential in child’s growth (Ginsburg, 2007).
Dealing with kids is demanding and it needs passion. Kiddie’s world would factor in
some of the issues that are foregone to ensure that quality services are delivered. The value of
maintaining customers is costly so, such parents have to be appealed by the environment they are
taking their children and the price for the services has to be accommodating. They need a
comfort zone where they feel that the services given meet their satisfaction. Such services
improve the organization’s reputation and the profits garnered promote further marketing. This
would attract more people which would be even better because the existing customers would
support the information given on the organization’s web page.

Introduction
E-marketing has been very useful in the growth of organizations. This approach in
marketing has created very many platforms where a potential customer can access and review
various products and services. The end result is that many organizations have embraced this
approach in marketing.
E-Marketing Strategic Plan of Kiddie’s Daycare
Being an organization that is committed to making the lives of children comfortable,
there is no doubt that Kiddie’s World will attract a wide range of clients. Parents, guardians,
teachers, and newlyweds are some of the people who are likely to be affected by the activities of
this organization. This is crucial to sure that people are sensitized to the existence of this
organization and most importantly about the activities that this organization deals in (Ginsburg,
2007). Carrying out a situational analysis is critical in identifying the audience that this plan will
be directed to. A situational analysis, in this case, will involve evaluating the external and
internal needs of Kiddie’s organization. Identifying the economic and the social ability that this
organization has to influence clients is vital. At the same time, identifying the potential
customers of this organization will ensure that the organization is in a position to devise the ways
to reach out to their clients. Identifying the business environment, which includes the
competitors, the market and the relevant regulations in this business is also very important and
will help in molding the future of Kiddie’s organization.
The feedback from clients and potential clients on various websites will play a major role
in identifying the target in our organization. A positioning statement for this organization would
be “Beyond nurturing your Kid’s talent”. This statement will speak volumes about our service
and help in improving our activities. Creating A good relationship with our customers is also

very important in growing our organization. Some of the benefits include having loyal
customers who trust the services of our organization as well as improving the organizational
activities in accordance with the needs of the customers (Ginsburg, 2007).
SWOT Analysis of Kiddie’s Daycare
Carrying out a SWOT analysis is vital especially in ensuring that Kiddie’s daycare
business takes off and remains profitable amid the existing competition in the market. Some of
the strengths of Kiddie’s organization include its ability to reach out to very many people using
the many platforms that it has used to market its services. This gives it an upper hand over its
competitors who are aware of the importance of embracing e-marketing in their organizations.
The strength of this organization is the fact that it has enough space to accommodate very
many children. This organization understands the importance of offering children ample space to
carry out leisure activities. This is, therefore, a strength that this organization could use to gain
mileage and to attract more customers. On the other hand, this organization has very many
facilitators who have been credited with creating a good relationship with the children. This is
however not the case with Beautiful kids daycare which is its main competitor. This is, therefore,
an added advantage for Kiddie’s daycare.
Some of the weaknesses of this organization include financial demands that are needed to
realize the goals of this organization. E-marketing is an expensive venture although its returns
are often immeasurable in organizations. The inability to maintain consistency in the marketing
strategy is also a major weakness for this organization (Hanson & Kalyanam, 2007).
Technology and particularly social media offer a great opportunity for this organization
to market its services and to increase the number of its customers. The e-marketing strategy that
this organization has embraced is only the beginning of more opportunities that will see this
E-MARKETING PLAN UNIT 4

organization competing favorably with other daycare organizations. Creating a section for older
children who would provide mentorship to the younger children as they nurture their talents
would also be a great opportunity to grow this organization.
Competition is a major threat to this organization. This is given the fact that daycares
have become a great business opportunity and many people have therefore ventured into this
business. There is, therefore, a possibility that Kiddie’s daycare will have to compete tenaciously
with other organizations for the limited number of customers. The fact that this organization is
improving its services and raising its bar higher than its competitors is, however, a good sign
moving forward (Hanson & Kalyanam, 2007).
External changes that will affect Kiddie’s Daycare
External changes that occur in various industries are often beyond the control of the
investors. A good example of the external changes that will affect this organization is the change
in technology. The improvement in technology means that children will no longer need the
services from a daycare. They will, however, stay at home with the aid of technological gadgets
that will have the ability to entertain and to comfort these children in the absence of their parents.
The economic and political changes that have sought to regulate the daycare business by
introducing very many regulations that have to be met also posing a major challenge to this
business. Investors will find it difficult to live up to these standards while already existing
investors will find it difficult to put to the new standards. The culture of stay-at-home dads and
mums who chose to work from home while looking after their children may also affect this
organization greatly. This culture will jeopardize the growth of this industry and frustrate all its
efforts to grow.

Conclusion
In conclusion, there is no doubt that an e-marketing strategy is what our organization and
other organizations out there need to achieve their organizational goals. Identifying the
opportunities and potential challenges as well as the target market is also important for an
organization. A positioning statement also speaks volumes about the activities of an
organization.
