be customized with our diverse add-ons. Our team made this decision so that it is

Foodie Flowers will be partnering with the business Dough located in downtown Tampa.
Dough is a specialized bakery featuring homemade donuts, cupcakes, and ice cream with
specialty doughnut cones. By partnering with this business, Foodie Flowers will be able to
develop a proprietary line of donuts and at the same time outsource the whole manufacturing
process. This strategic partnership will consist of exclusively selling the donuts produced by
Dough and Dough only selling this unique line of donuts to Foodie Flowers. Hence, Foodie
Flowers will be providing its customers with a valuable and unique product and service.
3.1 Staffing Requirements
As the manufacturing process is being outsourced, the only staff that is needed
is the people in charge of organizing the bouquets and boxes. The staff will first
be in charge of receiving and keeping inventory of the pre made donuts sent by
Dough. Then, the staff will have to organize the different type of donuts received
in order to start assembling the bouquets and boxes. Lastly, when the final
product is all put together, the next step will be to help facilitate the delivery
process and making the customer happy with its purchase. Also, dealing with
customer service is going to be part of the staff requirements as making sure the
customer is receiving something of utmost value is important.
Ideally, Foodie Flowers’ employees will possess skills such as being creative,
resourceful, detail oriented, and patient . These are necessary skills to possess
because putting together such bouquets and boxes requires a good amount of
time and dedication. The staff must be able to quickly adapt to changing
circumstances and deliver favorable results in a timely manner. In order to make
customers happy and create value, the staff has to be able to put together a
beautiful and appetizing bouquet of donuts in a creatively detailed way.
3.2 Training Programs
The staff will require some kind of training in order to properly assemble the
final product. Foodie Flowers will administer a two week training program in
order to equip each staff member with the necessary tools to successfully
perform his or her job duties. The first week of training will consist of an
thorough overview of what exactly is Foodie Flowers, its offerings, and company
culture. The purpose is to help the staff assimilate to the company’s values,
mission, and overarching objectives. The second week of training will consist of

the ability to communicate and collaborate with each other. As a team of 5, we
will learn to work together diligently, with understanding of each other’s
strengths and weakness. All 5 of us have a strong background in the

Our management team has skills for every aspect for the company. All of the
