The first 7 sides of your work are fulled with direct quotes. All you did is copy/paste ides from
references. Where is your contribution? what value you added to your slides? what analysis
of thoughts you presented? I am afraid this is unacceptable. You use large font in an attempt
to cover the full slides but in reality the efforts spent is very low. You cannot claim that
having 20 words with large font / slide is enough analysis. The same was spotted in
your implementation. What you have done in that section is to match departments with
leadership styles. You did not present a detailed implementation plan and the expected
results in department. Also the last section which is critical analysis is missing. This section
was not supposed to be a general challenges section rather a section about challenged faced
in the particular implementation that you presented. I am afraid the assignment is very weak.
